The contents of the Teesdale Gateway, the sites accessed through it and linked to or from it (in this disclaimer referred to together as “the Gateway”), are largely provided by third parties, not by South Durham Enterprise Agency ("the Company").  The Company does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via the Gateway is accurate, complete or current.

Intellectual property (including names, trademarks and logos) belonging to the Company and others appears on the Gateway.  Intellectual property may not be used without the prior written consent of the intellectual property owners.  All copyright and trademark notices, marks and disclaimers must be preserved and upheld at all times.

Users must also be aware of and comply with any specific disclaimers and terms and conditions applying to particular sites participating in the Gateway.
